Agronomist engineer graduated from the Institut Supérieur d'Agriculture de Lille, I am completing a PhD at the Université Dauphine-PSL funded by the Institut Mutualiste pour l'Environnement et la Solidarité of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale.
My research project, informed by experience in food retail, strategy consulting and now the banking sector, aims to examine the notion of value and the vision of society embedded in the business ecosystems that make up our food system. To this end, I study how the business models of organisations can contribute to improving the economic, environmental and social performance of a European food system, by accounting for its hidden costs.
